I placed an order January 13th. Ive sent 2 emails up until now, and still haven't received a response. The payment was made and the amount was taken from my account.

Purchased the wireless earbuds on 21 Dec 2019 after seeing it on Instagram. Payment was successful. Emailed 3 weeks later asking for shipping update but no reply. Up until today, no respond from podsbygrey.

I found this company through Instagram and decided to buy their products (wireless earbuds). I remember keeping it in my cart and they sent an email for a discount, which made me think they’re legit as they seem to be active (as well as the fact that there are reviews on the site and the site is well made). So I paid and accidentally put in the wrong billing address, but the payment still went through. I emailed them for two concerns: having put the wrong billing address, and on the google maps location that they show when viewing your order, it would be shipped on the other side of town from where I live. I have sent 5 emails from the time of purchase (25th of December, 2019) and I write this on the 9th of January, 2020, and have still yet to hear a response from any of my emails, which brings me to believe it’s a scam. Not only that, but the item has still yet to be shipped even though they offer “free worldwide express shipping”. I feel I have given them plenty of time to have at least responded to one of my emails, since the last one I sent was 5 days ago. I really do hope to get my money back or at least for them to see some consequences because even though it was only about $30, that is still money I worked for that went into undeserving hands.
