On November 3rd, 2022 I came across an ad on Instagram to purchase Elf on The Shelf kit - 24 days before Christmas to include each day of individually packaged activity kit to accommodate your Elf on The Shelf doll. First the add stated it was $45 but I was charged $68.70. I contacted PayPal and opened a case against the company Giske Network Technology Co. Limited about the charge which they denied. It is now December 27, 2022 and have not received my package. I had received several emails with fake tracking information. I have the package was in Sweden, Honolulu and now coming from China. I reached out to PayPal again and they said they received a tracking number and are waiting for seller to respond, they have until January 7th 2023. This kit was supposed to be used 24 days prior to Christmas.
