I ordered a personalized Woman Book Lover Reading Book On Sofa - Personalized Standing Wooden Plaque on June 30th, with the name of my niece, Jennifer, on it from an online merchant called “GiftGoArt”. I was under the impression that it was a three dimensional piece as indicated on attached photos. What I got was a flat one dimensional piece of styrofoam with a vinyl image of what I ordered of same applied to both sides. I paid $43.46 for this item on my Chase Visa card.

I notified them of this misrepresentation and asked for either a refund or the three dimensional piece that they advertised.

They have refused and accused me of knowing full well that it was flat plaque when I ordered it.

I want to expose this company for what it is to those who may want to order products from “GiftGoArt” so that they will be aware of my disappointing experience.
