I ordered a small part for my travel trailer that did not work in my trailer. getrvparts said I could send it back and they would give me a partial refund. I did send it back at my own cost and it has been 4 months and I have not received any refund. I have sent numerous emails and they answer back that there will be a refund, but nothing happens. Do not use them! I believe they just buy the parts and act as a middleman and have no intention of returning any money.

Works like this. you order RV part, listed as in stock. Your payment is processed, next thing you get email that parts are not in stock but will be very shortly. They string you for 30-60 days, and usually after that charge back is not possible with a card issues. once time passed, no money , no part, no attempt to help.

I ordered a product online on 10/02/2020. Package was said to come in 5 business days. It is now 10/19/2020 and I have not received my product. The phone number listed on their website is invalid. They emailed me a fedex tracking number. I called fedex and my package was never sent out.
