Gera Grant Services/DV Business Plans, contacted me via phone and told me I was qualified for a senior homeowners grant in the amount of $42,000. They charged me 7% for their services which I paid by credit card. No check came and their contract allowed me to cancel everything within 30 days which I did. I followed their specific instructions but they would return my money. I disputed the transaction with my bank and they are pursuing restitution.
