The scammer, 411 DIRECT ASSISTANCE called our office stating they need to confirm listing information for our renewal on 411 direct online and which key terms we will be using. Our office did not recall having this service, and when asked for a contract to show our agreement to have these services. They were not able to provide us with our contract confirming these services and stated we have a verbal contract with them to pay for these services for the following year due to answering their first call, and provided a recording of the call. They are not able to provide any proof of previous invoice payments and the service provided is a misrepresentation of Canada411. When contacting 411 Directory Assistance of Canada 411 they do not have any record of this invoice. No website is to be found for 411 DIRECT ASSISTANCE.
