Type of a scam Romance

This person who called himself George Robinson, contacted me through Coffee Meets Bagel. After leaving the site to talk more via text and signal, he claimed he was originally from Switzerland and living in Coconut Grove, Miami. He is very good at what he does. He claimed his undying love, even sent roses and skyped with me. We never met bc he had to leave to Switzerland to help his sick Mother. Then he was off to work in California out of San Pedro on a rig, claiming to be a petroleum engineer. We spoke for almost 3 months. He stated he had done a deal with some kind of trucks with his friend, Bruno, and Bruno took off with all he had invested. So now "George" has no money to get off the rig bc he owes Joe Vessels $5,150.00, can I please loan him the money? Immediately many F words left my mouth and I told him I knew he was a fake. However, my curiosity got the best of me and I sent via Bitcoin some money - not all of it. I knew in my head I'd never get it back, but I had to see. Since then , he asked for more and I said no. He continued conversation and the professing of love, but I finally stopped responding bc my side of the game became boring. He was whining. Beware of this person, he is very convincing and someone may actually feel hurt by him, her - whoever. He preys on your kindness, the fact that you respect his relationship with his "mother", sends flowers, skypes, makes future plans that almost seem viable, and starts off that money is no issue and he is very good at his work. He supposedly has a dog called Lala, and to be honest, that started to get me as he wasn't concerned about being gone from her for so long. Being an animal person, I'd be devastated. His Father is supposedly dead. He supposedly grew up in Lugano. Beware.
