This company is a complete Scam.

I received an order for 12x pumps, which can only be found at this company when googling. The order went through and they requested urgent delivery. Proforma was sent with a non-negotiable 50% payment upfront... But I got suspicious due to a few things which didn't seem right when emailing this contact and looked into it further. YES, they are 100% a scam!
Glad I picked up on it, sorry for those that paid and lost money.
Do not trust Gemstone International Ltd. It's a complete fraud.

A tender was put out to market bearing the details of a genuine mining services company seeking 8 pumps of a particular make and model; after trolling the internet it turns out Gemstone Pumps is the only company that can supply the pump.
Where things get dodgy:
1. Due to an audit, payment needs to be made to their international account, which turns out to be a South African account.
2. Using Google Maps, the provided address is the location of another business and they have never heard of Gemstone Pumps
3. End-user will only pay on delivery, the supplier Gemstone will only take full payment before shipping.

Received and order from a large respected company that we normally do business with - 12 pumps that could only be delivered by Gemstone Pumps - a second before we made the payment we got suspicios and asked for more details and then we found out it was a big fake scam from the beginning to the end

We received an order from a good customer for a specified pump. The pump was only available from one vendor, Gemstone Pumps. We prepaid and that was the last we saw of our money. When we paid they tried to get us to send a second payment as the UK Bank made a mistake and would be returning the money. This was a delay tactic so they could move the money from the UK to wherever. Similar companies Ava Engineering, Star Tech Pumps and Martin Engineering.

received a purchase order for 12x pumps from Namibia government. Sources the pumps out via Gemstone Pumps South Africa. Paid an amount of N$117 000.00 over to Gemstone Pumps South Africa. When the courier was send to pick up the pumps. The company did not exist. the company in that building let the courier know that a lot of other people have been to that building to look for Gemstone Pumps and pick up parts that have been paid for.
