Please tell me if this is a scam. I am ** years old. ******************** REceived a letter with enclosed check for $3700 saying I had won $850,000 and needed to use this check to pay for processing fee of $2250. They want me to phone claim agent, Edward Johnson at 1 236-889-2286. Should I do so?

I received a letter, dated 6/24/2021, in the mail telling me that I won $850,000 as a second prize winner in the Mega category under the International Sweepstake Draw.. They include a check from Woodgorest National Bank in Texas for $3700. Said check has to be activated by calling Edward Johnson atc1-236-889-2286. Once activated it can be used for paying the processing fee of $2250 for the prize. The letter also has a detachable part to be filled with my address and signature to certify I'm the person mentioned on the check.
