In Dec. 2016, my computer was suddenly blocked and became unoperational . A phone no. then appeared on screen to call the company GEEKS ADVISE to fix it ,with a security support plan for 3 years of 299.99 which I paid with a check digitally signed.I never contacted them or use their services after that. Last Feb. I received a call from them asking me payment of more than $1,400 as my contract with them expired,they say.I argued I didn't sign in for automatic renewal and that I no longer need their services. I told them to cancel renewal - but I was told to pay more than $900 for cancellation which I find unreasonable and ridiculous! I didn't pay - so that I got calls again this week leaving the same messages of threat to charge directly from my checking account ( they got my check before)for automatic renewal the amount of $6,800.00!!! These scammers now continuously harass me with threatening calls. I really hope these deceitful people be stopped from fooling and scamming others. I think I should also file a police report regarding this matter.

Told me she was from Microsoft and needed to get rid of Malware in my hard drive. Tried to take $399.99 from my debit acct., but I alerted my bank in enough time so as not to lose that amount. I contacted my anti-virus vendor, who did a complete scan of my system, told me it was compromised, and cleaned it up.
