Pop up on my computer stating it’s trying to be hacked from Russia and to call 888-610-1627 for a Microsoft tech to fix the problem call the number and they say they are from Microsoft but need to be transferred to geeksource tech out of New Jersey to fix the hacking problem then the person on the other side sounds like they are from India or out of the country stating your computer is infected and needs to be fixed immediately and try to sell you $399 worth of anti spyware and they will only except check no credit cards when you refused that they try for a lower amt of $159 you ask to speak to a billing dept to verify info and they transfer you to another # 833-814-9111 and it’s literally the same person you were just speaking too who said they would transfer you, take your computer to a real technician. I continue to have multiple #s calling me about “tech support” 800-385-6297, and they continue to leave messages harassing me about my computer it is the same person calling repeatedly do not give them any info. This is so frustrating they get away with this

My grandmother received a call with the offer of lifetime tech support for $499.99, but required payment by providing checking account and routing numbers. Payment would apparently show up on statements as being billed to "A GRADE SOLUTIONS" at 1319 HEARLD AVE, ELMONT, NY, USA 11003. Website appears to be a duplication of www.techtous.com.
