I keep receiving calls from a company called “Fresh Start Union”. I receive multiple calls every day and throughout the week. They call from multiple numbers, most likely spoofing, and I block the but they continue to call.

I have told them multiple times to stop calling but they persist.

- Coatesville, PA, USA • Feb 22, 2026

Representatives from a fake loan company called Fresh Start Union have been calling me incessantly for almost two weeks. Several calls per day and if I don’t answer the call, they always leave voicemails saying that they’re calling from the loan processing department. They say that they took a look at my file, I’ve been approved, and it looks like they can go ahead and move forward my $52,000 personal loan. They tell me to call back to speak with a specialist to provide more information and finish the application. I have not applied for any loans. I can’t find any information about this company online. I have called the number back, from (540) 452-5306, and told them to take me off their call list and I just get hung up on immediately. They call me 4-5 times for day and it’s been going on for two weeks.

- Great Falls, MT, USA • Feb 18, 2026

Repeated calls from various numbers. There is a recorded message when you pick up, or the recorded message will be on a voicemail instructing person to call 855-909-0914. After calling the number back and requesting to be removed from their call list, the calls and voicemails continue. There are 2-4 calls per day, all from spoofed numbers.

- Fredericksburg, VA, USA • Feb 17, 2026

The call comes in as a recorded message that the "underwriting team" is contacting me to follow-up on a loan application. The calls are made to my phone 2-3 times per day from telephone numbers across the US, but when a voice message is left, the call back number given is 866-959-1606. I have selected opt out and have spoken with individuals to stop calling but none of that works. This last call was identified from 321-785-9340 (Cocoa Beach, FL. I remained on the call and "Andy" stated he was calling from Fresh Start Union in San Francisco, CA, USA. I asked why the call indicated he was in Florida and he was in California, he responded that calls were made using an auto-dialing system. I stated that sounding deceiving and then he hung up.

- Winston Salem, NC, USA • Feb 17, 2026

Fresh Start Union (833-588-3805) sends robot calls 6-10 times a day from various numbers. On 2/17/2006 I called 800-282-2881 and the person that answered the phone was foreign and did not announce the company he was representing. He said he was calling to finalize a loan. When I asked what is the name of the company her is representing he said "Fresh Start Union". I never applied for a loan of any kind with this company. I asked to be removed from the call list and she rebutted my request with an up sale attempt.

- Littleton, CO, USA • Feb 17, 2026

For more than 5 months, I've received calls from Fresh Start Union from a different number (different area code), every weekday. The calls are automated and want me to take a loan of $49,000 that I never requested or applied for. I have ignored calls, answered and pressed '9' to be added to their 'do not call' list, and ultimately talked to representatives who very much sound American and explained that I was not going to take a loan and to stop calling me. I inquired the name of the company and was told "Fresh Start Union".

- Freehold, NJ, USA • Feb 17, 2026

I am recieving up to 3-4 phone calls a day about a loan I never applied for. I answered one call from Fresh Start Union and spoke to a woman named Stacey and she told me the name of the company is Fresh Start Union, a new bank. Everyday they call using a different number: 502-787-9270, 484-973-3607, 302-783-0683, 270-710-4360, 440-369-3547, 941-992-0663, 810-256-8988, 835-251-6492 (these are the calls over the last few days)

- West New York, NJ, USA • Feb 16, 2026

Each day, I get the same call + voicemail, but from a new number each time.

Kiana Navarro with an executive loan offer -- the robot message asks me to call 855-909-0914

Although I have reported each number to spam, the same message is repeated on a call but with a new phone number as the caller.

If I pick up the call and respond to the robot message, they connect me to a live agent. When I request which company, they state "Fresh Start Union" however they do not share any company information. I have requested to be removed from the calling list, but am still called every day. Every live agent confirms they are with Fresh Start Union, but state that they cannot share company information until they share their proposal, and we move forward. If I ask for more information, they hang up

- North Arlington, NJ, USA • Feb 16, 2026

I am getting constant phone calls from Fresh Start Union offering loans. The calls come from multiple different phone numbers, at varying times of the day and night, including weekends. The robovoice on the line leaves messages from Vanessa Rojas, Adrienne Salazar, Sally Foster. I have repeatedly asked to be removed from call lists. I have asked to speak with managers, representatives hang up on me. I was told I was being removed and to allow 72 hours, a week later and I am getting more calls than ever. This is abuse and harassment. I need help!

- Merrill, MI, USA • Feb 16, 2026

I receive multiple calls daily from Fresh Start Union, all from different phone numbers and states all with the same "you've been approved for a $47k loan." I've talked to multiple people about getting my information removed, and they still contine to call.

- Cape Coral, FL, USA • Feb 16, 2026

They will not stop calling me claiming that they got me approved for a loan and need to finalize my personal information. They call from multiple phone numbers, like (701) 791-8081, so blocking them doesn't work. I have asked to be removed from their list multiple times and it doesn't work. They call multiple times a day and claim they are from Fresh Start Union.

- Grand Prairie, TX, USA • Feb 14, 2026

The call from Fresh Start Union starts as an automated call saying they have updated information about a personal loan. They know my name. If you press #2 it connects you with a human being. As I start asking questions all I can get from them is that they work for "Fresh start union" ... asking too many questions makes them hang up.

I am on the national Do Not Call list, and have requested them 6 times now to never call me again, but they call almost daily and always from a new number ... sometimes from New York sometimes from another state.

- Post Falls, ID, USA • Feb 13, 2026

Fresh Start has been calling me relentlessly for months, multiple times a day. I have asked to speak with a manager, they hang up. I have tried blocking their number, they use a different one. I’ve asked the representative to remove me from their calling lists more times than I can’t count, they continue to call 2-3 times per day at the same exact time. I am so over them calling me and really at my wits end. This has been going on for 4 months since I purchased a new car. HELP!! I do not know their location and not spending more time on this company to look it up.

- Newport, MN, USA • Feb 12, 2026

This company continues to contact me every day, 3-4 times a day. My number is on the national dnc registry. I have asked them several times to not call me and remove me from their list. These pleas have been ignored.

i was called multiple times always from a different # but each recorded message asked me to call 866-959-1606 to continue "processing of a personal loan of up to $40k". I have never applied for a loan and have called and told them that and also requested that they stop calling. They are still calling. It has been over 3 weeks - 2-4 calls per week.

I received this message today from the phone number 812-737-8516 and never apply for loans from anyone that doesn't have a local bank office in my area. I have received this message over and over again..."Hi, this is Adriana calling about your loan application. I am with the verification department. My name is Adriana Salazar. I am the credit analyst on your approval. I see that you had inquired regarding a personal line of credit or consolidation loan. And while it didn't move forward at the time, a few things have changed this year, with rates and underwriting, most likely w-e can get you approved for about $46,000, if your income can support that. If you still interested in reviewing your options, you can press one now or give us a call back at 855-909-0848. I'll be happy to go over your terms with you. Looking forward to speak with you"
