Repeated calls from various numbers. There is a recorded message when you pick up, or the recorded message will be on a voicemail instructing person to call 855-909-0914. After calling the number back and requesting to be removed from their call list, the calls and voicemails continue. There are 2-4 calls per day, all from spoofed numbers.

Each day, I get the same call + voicemail, but from a new number each time.

Kiana Navarro with an executive loan offer -- the robot message asks me to call 855-909-0914

Although I have reported each number to spam, the same message is repeated on a call but with a new phone number as the caller.

If I pick up the call and respond to the robot message, they connect me to a live agent. When I request which company, they state "Fresh Start Union" however they do not share any company information. I have requested to be removed from the calling list, but am still called every day. Every live agent confirms they are with Fresh Start Union, but state that they cannot share company information until they share their proposal, and we move forward. If I ask for more information, they hang up

Fresh Start has been calling me relentlessly for months, multiple times a day. I have asked to speak with a manager, they hang up. I have tried blocking their number, they use a different one. I’ve asked the representative to remove me from their calling lists more times than I can’t count, they continue to call 2-3 times per day at the same exact time. I am so over them calling me and really at my wits end. This has been going on for 4 months since I purchased a new car. HELP!! I do not know their location and not spending more time on this company to look it up.

This company continues to contact me every day, 3-4 times a day. My number is on the national dnc registry. I have asked them several times to not call me and remove me from their list. These pleas have been ignored.

These people call a few times a day. Different phone number each time saying they are From loan processing department. I called them back and they say they are with “Fresh Start Union”

i was called multiple times always from a different # but each recorded message asked me to call 866-959-1606 to continue "processing of a personal loan of up to $40k". I have never applied for a loan and have called and told them that and also requested that they stop calling. They are still calling. It has been over 3 weeks - 2-4 calls per week.

I received this message today from the phone number 812-737-8516 and never apply for loans from anyone that doesn't have a local bank office in my area. I have received this message over and over again..."Hi, this is Adriana calling about your loan application. I am with the verification department. My name is Adriana Salazar. I am the credit analyst on your approval. I see that you had inquired regarding a personal line of credit or consolidation loan. And while it didn't move forward at the time, a few things have changed this year, with rates and underwriting, most likely w-e can get you approved for about $46,000, if your income can support that. If you still interested in reviewing your options, you can press one now or give us a call back at 855-909-0848. I'll be happy to go over your terms with you. Looking forward to speak with you"

Daily calls from different numbers. I’ve opted out, told the reps multiple times to stop calling, and also asked for a manager. They’ve never transferred to a manager, the only information they’ll provide to me is their business name Fresh Start Union. They have no website. They hang up on you if you ask too many questions but the calls and voicemails come in daily. Been receiving calls for over 3 months.

I receive 5 phone calls a day from various phone numbers saying that I applied for a loan or a line of credit and are asking me to finish the transactions. I've called back twice and asked them to remove me and stop calling. They are trying to trick people by saying they applied for something they didn't. The volume of calls has become harassment. other numbers used are: 502-304-3419, 813-823-8509. It's never ending. 740-846-3082

Called my number asked for my husband’s name. I asked the company name - took several attempts. Asked for their name- gave me an English name, although numerous calls there is no American accent. Asked for the address of the company, would not give. Stated “Irvine, CA” however location given on the locator said “Arden-Arcade, CA”. When asked the 1st guy, he said we have 25 other companies….then hung up when he realized he gave me information he wasn’t supposed to.

Being contacted by this company every day for 6 weeks straight. Will ask them to remove me from call list, went through automated system to be removed, and talked with over 2 dozen people at this point to do so. They use multiple numbers and state codes so you cannot block them, and sometimes call multiple times a day. Numbers so far are:

There are more numbers that have called, and all different area codes from different states. The number I got when listening to a voicemail was 855-909-0937. Called them 10 times in a single day because they would keep hanging up on me when I confronted them about the constant harassment. This has, as stated, been going on since early November 2025 and it's now late Jan 2026.

I have multiple screenshots of all the calls since it started, but wont let me upload all of them.

I keep getting phone calls telling me I'm approved for $67,000 loan, which I have not requested. Voice mails all tell me to call 855-909-0847. I've called them several times to tell them I'm on the Do Not Call list. They keep calling both cell and landline. Other numbers they've used are 667-706-6448, 712-706-3749 and several others. These calls come from all over the US.

I have been getting calls from multiple locations across the US and this is the number I am to return the call to. The say the are the Underwriter Loan Department, I have been gettin calls for over a month, I have asked for my name and number to be removed and they continue to call daily.
