I had a similiar scam with FORCEGEAR retractable ratchet sets from a FACEBOOK ADD, PROMOTED BY NUMEROUS INDIVIDUALS. I took all the necessary steps but to be honest I left them in my cart and didnt think i checked out. When i went back in a day later it was cashed out. I thought the order never placed. I most always cash out with PAYPAL which is why i was convinced it never was placed. Well I was wrong, indeed the $$ was taken, and i received an email in my gmail acct, again I NEVER USE GMAIL FOR ANYTHING! It stated the order was confirmed then it stated the order was shipped and had tracking. I NEVER RECEIVED THE ORDER ! I also try to click on links, for tracking and view order .... website is not available. For some reason i almost am sure it has to do with "shops" being downloaded on my phone. SHAME ON ME FOR EVER BUYING OFF A FACEBOOK ADD!

I saw an add on instagram and ordered the straps said 7-10 business days this was the middle of December has not arrived cannot contact them all their contact information is void

I ordered Forcegear ratchet straps as a Christmas gift for my husband on 11/18/2025, the payment of $64.94 was deducted from my bank account on 11/19/2025. I received an email confirmation for my order on 11/19/2025 along with an SDHexpress tracking number for the package. I was able to follow the tracking through the link in the email and the last time I checked (prior to today) was shortly after Christmas. I saw that the package was going back and forth between Augusta GA and Atlanta GA which I thought was odd but I figured it was Christmas and it was probably getting shuffled around but as of today, it still has still not arrived. I opened the email again today and clicked the SDHexpress tracking link but it no loner works, I clicked the link to view my order nut it no longer works, and I clicked the link to visit the store and that also no longer works.

I saw the add for the rachet straps on instagram and bought two sets for christmas presents. This was at the very beginning of December. I contacted them sevral times requesting an update on my order as they still didnt come in time for Christmas. It is now mid January and they are still not here. I have emailed several times for a regund with no response.

I found the retractable ratchet straps on an ad on Facebook. When I went to the website and ordered them it went through Shop.com. With that I figured I was safe. I placed the order on Nov.11, 2025 and funds were taken out immediately. I recieved a confirmation that they received my order. The next day I recieved an email that stated they were being shipped with a tracking #. The tracking # did not pick up any activity until 11/21/25. It finally reached the states on 11/23/25 and has been shipped all over the place and stopped on 12/4/25 and now states: Missing Mail Research Request Notice. I have contacted every source that I have found info on to no avail. Now the website does not even work.

Saw an ad on Facebook, did Google the "company" to try to verify there were good ratings, which were obviously fake. Ordered ratchets on 12/2, just went back to try to contact company and the page is gone. Will contact my bank tomorrow.

Ordered product, shipping confirmation sent the next day. The customer service email answered several of my questions about where my item was, and at one point, asked if I wanted to proceed with shipping or get a refund.

I proceeded with shipping figuring they wouldn't arrive by Christmas but eventually. I inquired via email to the customer service, and have gotten no response, even started a new email thread. Now when I go to my shipping confirmation to check on tracking, I get a notice that the site can't be reached. When I try to go to the actual website where I ordered, I get a 403 Forbidden code. ???

So yeah, I figure they must have scammed me and taken my money. I'm usually better at checking the ScamPulse.com for these businesses and I didn't, my bad indeed!

I reported already but I had new information. I placed an order and when I went to check when it would arrive the website and the website to the tracking number came up as an error and would not come up.
