A work scam was done to me on August 3, 2021, for a Design Manager remote position. The scammers used my cards to buy items on the Fluz app. I called Fluz several times to get the money back on my cards. They have poor customer service on the phone and on email. It took 2 or 3 days just to get Fluz customer service on the phone. It takes about 1 week just to get a response back from Fluz by email. They were so slow in responding about the scammers using the Fluz app to purchase items, and they were not willing to reverse the charges. If they would have responded to my email the same day or the next day, my cards could have been reversed and the money sent back to me. I was jobless at the time during this work scam and had a $1,500.00 loss because of Fluz's slow response in trying to reverse the charges. I filed a FBI report and Police report with Fluz on both of the reports. They have a horrible customer service, are regularly used by scammers as a choice cell phone app. They get a F- in my book as a company. The company's real business name is Fluz Fluz, LLC. You can see they play a part as a scamming company because they do not even use their real business name on the Better Business Bureau website. They took my scam report I placed on ScamPulse.com down and said it was resolved when it was not resolved.
