I was looking to purchase pillows from the Fluffco.co website. I was making my order waiting for a total mount before purchase but the system charged me 3 different amounts, totaling $664.54. Called right away using their number (855) 623-0022 and they said they were closed and had to call back in the morning. Called first thing. Watching the process on my order on their web site. My order was not even process until later in the day. Contacted the company to cancel my order. I told to cancel my. However they sent my order even though I told them to cancel my order. I had to send back the products to my expensive. They received the products back and I have yet to receive any refund. Everyday that I call the customer service. They say yes and a manager will call back. No one every calls back. Plus they said they would send me an email to [email protected] that they are going to refund me. No emails.
