Flowers by Nora Reports & Reviews (5)

- Great Falls, MT, USA • Mar 20, 2026

I was misled by Flowers By Nora into believing I was purchasing from a local San Jose florist. I clicked a link for "XXX Florist" which redirected to their site. They utilize deceptive SEO and web-redirection tactics to pose as a local business.

Additionally, they practiced deceptive pricing by advertising "FREE Delivery" but then applying a $18.99 "Service Fee" which was not clearly disclosed as a delivery substitute. Based on widespread consumer reports for this order-gatherer, the product quality often fails to match the "Premium" description I paid for ($59.99 for a bouquet).

Many customers also report that flowers are never delivered or arrive in a condition that bears no resemblance to the 'Premium' products advertised. Given the sheer volume of complaints regarding these predatory and misleading practices, I believe this business is operating in bad faith and should be investigated and shut down by the relevant authorities to prevent further financial loss to the public.

On Thursday, October 17, 2024 I did a Google search for "Florist and Manchester, NJ". The first florist listed was Flowers by Nora and it listed "Family Owned and Operated for 25 years" under the name. I clicked on the website and saw "Manchester Florist Same Day Delivery". The website seemed professional. I placed my order and immediately received an email confirmation. On Friday morning I contacted the number on their website (844) 236-9077. It said press 1 to place an order and press 2 if you are calling regarding an existing order. I pressed 2. About 15-20 seconds later a female with an Asian accent picked up. I told her I needed the delivery out before 3pm. She said she would update the delivery person. At 3:30pm I called again because the flowers hadn't been delivered. Again I was told they would update the driver. At 5:30pm I called a 3rd time and this time I told them I was upset. The flowers were supposed to be a surprise before a 6pm show, and they still hadn't arrived. She told me they guarantee before 7pm and hung up on me. It's now 7:59pm EST and the flowers have not been delivered. We've contacted our credit card company, left a Google review, and are filing this report. The other Google reviews were poor, but it didn't seem as if anyone had not received their flowers.

This is a website (that shows up as the first sponsored entry on a google search) that claims to have same-day flower arrangement delivery. There is no actual company and no product is delivered after purchase. They accept credit card information over the website. I froze my credit card immediately after I realized it was a scam, so I’m not sure if they would have made other charges on it.

Website was legit, even received follow-up emails that things were left in cart. They added a surcharge without notifying, made it seem like it was local, never sent a receipt. When I got receipt, it was from New Jersey (I was in California), added $20 surcharge, "confirmed delivery" but flowers were not delivered.

Called, asked for proof of delivery, they said, oh so sorry, systems are down. We will get back to you as I have a lot of customers on the phone. When I said I am a customer, they put me on hold, only to come back and say they'll call back whenever they can to cancel the order - even though they said it was already delivered.

- Alger, MI, USA

Needed to order flowers for a birthday. I live in Michigan, flowers going to a person in New Jersey. Found what was supposed to be a local florist and ordered online, paid with a credit card. Flowers were not delivered. Called their 800 number. Person answering the phone very hard to understand. Blamed the problem of delivering the flowers on not being able to find the address. Had my email address and phone number, but no attempts made to contact me.
