I ordered the flowers by phone from Flowers by Nora, confirmation sent to my email...next, email from someone named Valerie saying they could not fulfill my order due to "supply issues". I called the shop back, told them what was going on and they said they would issue a full refund to my card. After reading the reviews and seeing other people had the same issue, I called my bank and cancelled my credit card. Thank God I did, because she said Flowers by Nora charged me twice for my undeliverable flowers. Probably so my "refund" would show up on my account, but they knew they charged me twice so really, there was no refund. They are playing on people's grief and emotions.

I called to order flowers from a supposedly local florist. The scammer said they were from the Philippines originally, but they lived here in my state, which I found out the next day was a lie. The first scammer said she would be the one to actually make the floral arrangements. I asked her numerous times if this was true and she said yes. I gave her all of my credit card information. The flowers received were absolutely nothing like the flowers on the webpage. I called the number on the webpage the next day and it was a completely different woman with a completely different name, but who actually admitted she was in another state and had nothing to do with the making of the flower arrangements. This company flowers by Nora is a complete scam, and I have demanded my money back from them. But now that they know all of my credit card information, I have to cancel my credit card and get it re-issued. Which is a pain and will cause me a lot of time and effort to change the number with my known contacts.

Ordered flowers for my sisters funeral. I called them to tell them they were not delivered.The lady said my order was canceled and I would be refunded and we would get a email with refund information never received anything.

Same thing happened to me too. I filed a complaint with the NJ Attorney General's Office in Sept 2022. I received a refund check this past week from Asset Management Services USA, LLC (affiliated with Roger Florist). It seems to be a very tangled web. I just hope the check clears.

I was hoping to send flowers to my mom for her birthday and she lives in another state. I did a quick search in her area for a flower shop & Roger Florist came up towards the top. I should have dug a little deeper, but it was late & her birthday was the next day. I placed an order and my bank immediately showed the charge. The next day, I received an email that the order was undeliverable and that my account would be credited the funds. That was almost a full month ago. A month of emails every week with no response. There is no phone number listed on their web site, which should have been another clue, so I have no other means to contact this company. I am writing this review in the hopes that it will save some other folks from the loss of their hard earned money, as this company seems to have a very clear mantra. I am also filing a complaint with the BBB and a dispute with my financial institution. Hopefully I can retrieve the funds and find a better place to spend them.

They sold me flowers that were to be delivered, canceled the order saying they could not be delivered and said I would get a refund, and the refund was never received.

As others reported, I got no confirmation BUT my credit card got charged and no flowers were delivered. I received their standard letter saying that address was undeliverable (not true as someone was home all day and another florist subsequently delivered flowers with no issues) and they would issue a refund (not done). I have filed a complaint with the BBB and mastercard

I ordered a birthday arrangement $66.85 that was never
delivered, this thinking they were in my area. SCAM-When I called
the number the person, with a thick foreign accent, advised they
only reply to email request through ,
[email protected]. This was done at 4pm and I
received an auto reply closed, their advertised hours at until 7pm
Friday. I tried Chat and no luck. I then looked up their address:
600 Broadhollow Rd. ,Melville ,NY 11747 No such business listed
in the directory, in the Bank of America office building. Almost
looks like a front for fraud, collect PII for accounts and sell off the
information.
Someone is asleep at the wheel in NY the BBB has numerous complaints and an F rating on them. The local Melville NY District Attorney should look into this one.

same exact thing happened to my wife yesterday. total scam

Called Roger Florist 6 to 8 times this morning. A girl answered and wanted to know if I wanted to order flowers, when I told here why I was calling, she put me on hold for 7 minutes, then hang up, called again and again, same thing they hang up on you.

I ordered flowers from what I thought was Clarke's Beach Newfoundland. The person told me they were local. My girlfriend never received the flowers and I never received my receipt via email. My visa was charged and when I called they said they had cancelled the order, as it was too far to deliver. They said they would credit my card in the next couple of days. Doing more research, I discovered they had scammed many people this way. I disputed the charge and won, will be receiving a refund within 5 days. They were not local, based out of New York, so my charge was double from what they quoted me.

This place is a fraud. Someone needs to take down their site. They are operating under a florist name closely named to a successful florist. Just like others, took my money via credit card, e-mailed me to say undeliverable in my area and has not refunded after numerous attempts.

I placed an order on 3/1/2023 for my daughters' birthday. I never received a confirmation email or receipt of the order. Honestly, I was not paying too much attention as I saw the charge in my credit card and got busy with work and life. I trusted this site as I was looking for a florist near where she lives. Yesterday, on 3/7/23 (date of delivery date) I noticed that she did not get her flowers, so I called the number listed in my CC statement, the number 855-451-2339 is out of service. So, I looked for alternative numbers in Google. I dialed 866-435-0814 and they kept transferring me to customer service and every time I asked the status of my order, they will continuously hang up the phone. I decided to look for reviews (something I should have done first) and realized this site is a scam! I opened a dispute with my CC company and hopefully I'll get my money back! Do not waste your time, money or energy with this scam company!

They are obivious scammers. Took an order, flowers were NEVER delivered. When we tried to contact them, we were hung up on 6 times. Tried to contact them through their chat, which DOES NOT WORK.

Same as all the rest. Ordered Deluxe Azalea Bonsai 1/31/2023 for a special birthday for my sister. Order cancelled as undeliverable to the receivers address. Rep stated the floral shop was in her city in MO. All lies! Manager Denise stated refund was issued, never was! They took me for $85.04. this scam company operate from New York, Georgia and New Jersey, scamming people with their broken English. From now on, I will refuse to give out debit or credit card info to any person who does not speak my language well because more than likely they are in a foreign country and armed to SCAM you!

I went online looking for a flower delivery service. I picked that website (looked legit) place my order for flowers for my daughter. Got the message that I would receive an email confirmation soon. Never got it. Called the customer service number I told the guy that answered that I never got my confirmation email and went to ask him to confirm my order when he said that I would get the email and then hung up. I then called back and another guy answered and I told him that I wanted to cancel my order and he hung up on me.

BUYER BEWARE! TOTAL SCAM! I PUT IN A VALENTINE'S ORDER FOR ROSES, VASE, TEDDY BEAR AND CHOCOLATES. AN HOUR LATER THEY KEPT SAYING IT WAS ABOUT TO BE DELIVERED. LIE! IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED! WHENEVER I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY SAID IT WAS ON THE TRUCK TO BE DELEIVERED. LIARS! LIARS! SKIP ROGERS COMPLETELY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY

If you have your cart full with items from Roger Florist- PLEASE close your browser now! This is 100% a scam and its a good one too! If you are sending flowers as a surprise then how would you ever know if they were delivered or not?! Spent over $100 and will probably never see that money and definitely will never see the flowers. BEWARE! Called numerous times for a refund to no avail. Also got the run around about being unable to deliver to the address... okay then any legit place would have cancelled instead of waiting for me to realize the recipients never received their florals.

I have reported the fraud to the FTC- Federal Trade Commission as well as contacted my corporate Credit Card. But save yourself the trouble and DON'T complete the transaction in the first place.

I ordered flowers online to be delivered to my cousin in a rehab facility in Louisville, KY from rogerflorist.com. A charge for $75.95 went on my credit card. They sent an email the next day that they did not deliver to that particular address and that they would issue a credit. They did not. I emailed them twice and they said to wait a while longer. Today I went to ScamPulse.com Scam Tracker and can see I am not the only person scammed by them, that other people were taken in by this scam. I called my credit card company and cancelled my card and ordered a new number. I have lost my $75.95 and have been greatly inconvenienced.

THIS SCAM COMPANY NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!

I did an internet search to send my friend some sympathy flowers. I put in the town and florist. Roger Florist came up so I searched the online photos and called the number listed1-866-435-0814 and placed an order. The guy said it would be delivered that day, he said they would make 3 attempts and leave them at the door if no one home. I received an immediate email receipt for my order. I found out a week later that the flowers were not received so I called the number 3 times. The same guy hung up on me twice and the third guy put me on hold. I reported it to my credit card company. So sad to have been scammed, now I know I should have researched to see if this place was legit.
