A relative searched online for a product & floridagoats.com popped up with what he was looking for at a much cheaper price than other sites. He went to their website & "purchased" the product. Money was taken out of his account, but the product was never delivered & the email address listed on their website was not valid.

I am writing to formally report the website floridagoats.com for fraudulent activity, copyright infringement, and unauthorized use of our intellectual property.

Details of the Issue:

Unauthorized Image Use: The website floridagoats.com has copied product images from legitimate online stores, including ours. Some of the images they are using were personally taken by us, and we own the copyright to them.

Fraudulent Listings: They are "selling" products on their website without authorization. Our company is the only authorized dealer in the United States for certain products they have listed.

Violation of MAP Pricing: The website is advertising products at prices well below the Minimum Advertised Price (MAP), which damages the brand integrity and violates agreements with manufacturers.

Potential Scam: Given that they are listing products they do not have the right to sell, this raises concerns that customers may be misled into purchasing from a fraudulent entity and will not receive the products.

After placing an order for a children's toy from the site, I received a confirmation email with an order number and a tracking number. That was the last I heard from them. The tracking site said the item was delivered, but it was not. None of the company's contact information works. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. Looking more closely at the site, the large majority of the items sold on the site are less than $100 even though some items are clearly worth much much more than that. These factors combined strongly suggest this is not a real business.

I ordered two Christmas Tree rotating stands. Total cost at time of check out was 99.99$. Never received a confirmation from them but did see a paypal notice, only the name of the seller was changed to Automotive Painters Specialty inc. My suspensions grew and new research found multiple sources that indicate the Floridagoats site is a scam with a long history of taking money and personal information. A new message came that the seller upped the cost to 114.98$ with no reason in the paypal email or from seller to me.

I discovered a big problem with paypal in that even tho the charge was still in a pending state they said they could not cancel it for me. And that I had to contact the seller to

do. that. So far emails and calls go unanswered. This is going to be a pricey way to learn about scam websites!

I ordered a product and no tracking information was provided, nor product provided. They have my information. Paypal confirmed that this was a fraudulent transaction and is refunding me. Google recommended the website and I have reported it to them as well. This is the name of the company that was displayed on the paypal receipt: d??. ?aß?d???a ??das?????

I tried to purchase a Baratza Encore burr grinder from the website https://floridagoats.com/product/baratza-encore-coffee-grinder/?gad_source=1&...⇄ I paid for the item via PayPal and a Juan Luis Guzman Ochoa received the payment. A week after the purchase, I still hadn't received an order acknowledgment, shipment tracking number, or the item itself, so I contacted two customer service email addresses listed at Florida Goat's website: [email protected] and [email protected]. I never heard back from the latter, but someone at the former wrote, "Sorry that your order is not found." I asked for either a refund or the product, but they never replied. So I had to go to PayPal for the refund.

This site should be shut down. After more investigation, it shows it is a scam site, and you have been notified. Why are you not shutting it down? I ordered from the site to be charged twice and by weird companies. It is wrong. HELP
