I order a couple of different things from this site like a dog bed and collars for my puppies. The shipping was supposed to take about 6-10 business days. I ordered on Nov. 7th or 8th. Here it is Dec and I still haven't received my items. I tried to contact them multiple times, but I get nothing back even though their site promises a reply within 48 hours. I even selected to be called instead of emailed to talk to someone and nothing. I just want my money back and for no one else to get their money stolen.

I ordered 4 dog beds on 10-23-17 and money was taken from my checking account. 1 month later still no beds so emailed and they responded with pretty much an automated email saying it will come in a week. Stilll one month later almost and no beds. Sent 2 more emails and no responses.

This company post products for sale on Facebook quite a bit. I ordered a dog bed a month ago and still have not received it. I've tried contacting them on their website but, customer service is always offline.

Flip the Trend advertised on Facebook for free pet beds, just pay shipping. I've ordered from "verified" sites on Facebook before without any issues, including some from China! But after 2 weeks, 2 emails, and no confirmation email, I became suspicious. Finally got through on a chat. They said they would refund my money and it could take up to 10-14 days. Some how I don't expect to see it so I'm taking precautionary measures on my end. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I saw an ad on Facebook for dog beds for sale through Flip The Trend. I went to their website and ordered 2 beds. I received an email with the order confirmation and an order number. The order was placed on 11/6/17. I did not receive it by 11/20/17 so I contacted them through their online chat on their website. The representative told me their shipment of dog beds were damaged and the order was promised to be delivered on 11/30/17 or I can request a full reimbursement if not received on that date. It is now 12/6/17 and I still have not received my order. There is no phone number on their website to contact anyone and there has been no one on the chat feature for the past week.

I "bought" a dog bed for $3.99. It was just pay shipping. I purchased this on October 24th and here it is now December 4th still no dog bed. I have emailed the company 3 times and only received one reply. The first time I emailed them and was told the bed would be here no later then November 24th. I've emailed since them twice and they will not reply back to me about a refund or where this bed is at. I'm not happy with this company and I wish Facebook wouldn't put this ad on there if this is not a verified company that follows through with its orders.

Purchased a dog bed that proceeds were also supposed to go to charity per their website. Have tried to contact multiple times and have not heard back. Never received dog bed or that it has shipped.

I ordered 2 pet beds from this company, never received the beds, promised delivery by 6-9 days, no phone number to call researched and I am not the only on this has happened to. This company needs to be shut down!!! Did however got my bank to refund the charges
