I purchased a coffee color dog bed from FLIP THE TREND on 11/25/2017. It says the order was completed but never shipped out. I used the chat option back in December 2017 and was told their new shipment of beds were damaged and they would send mine out end of december beginning of January 2018 and I will know when it ships because the status will change to ship and provide me with a tracking number. Since then I have not received any product or my money back. I have sent weekly emails asking for my money back or the product and no one responds. There is no chat window anymore and the phone number gets me know where. They are still offering this dog bed at the same offer I bought it as and even saying they have stock on it. This "company" legit ably took my money and ran.

Promote dog beds for sale and all you need to pay is express shipping. I placed my order on black Friday, it's going on three months still no dog beds, the charger my credit card, and no communication of what's going on. After multiple emails to company no one will respond. There is not a direct number to talk to anyone.

The site was offering dog beds for inly the price of shipping which was to be donated to a charity. Said it would take 8-12 days for shipping. My order was processed on Jan 19 and still have not received. Every time you hit the contact button it just puts you at the bottom of the page. There is a chat symbol but after pushing it there were issues with the connection and lead to a site not recognized.

I ordered 2 dog beds on October 31, 2017. Never received them. Contacted Flip The Trend twice and they said they would resend them and I would have them by January 30,2018. I have yet to receive my items or a refund!

Flip The Trend is a SCAM. I ordered a dog bed 2 weeks ago and it never came in. They don't even have a number to contact for Customer Service.

I ordered 4 dog beds advertised on Facebook for free, you just pay shipping....I figured, it’s a Facebook ad, so why not....Well the beds never came...When I did an inquiry, they said they received a large shipment that was damaged, My order was next to be sent....That was over a month ago....I have made attempts to contact them since, and have gotten no replies....

They charge your card but never actually ship any product. Continually assure you it is coming for months.

Many people have ordered from this website claiming they have online sales and just pay shipping sales. For most people it’s been over a year and they haven’t received the product. The customer support doesn’t answer and will not issue a refund.

I was scrolling through rescue items off of facebook and saw the add. I assumed it's on facebook, I'm sure they check before they allow businesses or individuals post spam or pop-ups on their site. Like with my business ads on Facebook. So I picked out 5 beds that were really cheap and ordered them. I already looked at the other complaints so I am positive that this "business" is a scam operation. With so many reports why is this website still functional and not shut down? I'm just going to assume I will not get my money back and will have to get a new debit card which is a pain since my business and personal expenses come out automatically. They don't seem to be targeting businesses just animal lovers on facebook and who knows where else and convinces us we are getting a great deal. After further inspection of the site there are so many flaws, I'm embarrassed I was tricked by this phony site. It is literally the bare minimum of a wevsite, in every aspect, to steal money. I expect this site and who ever this is scamming people to be stopped and put in jail. I will follow what happens and also report it to a local news crew to spread this faster.

Ordered a dog bed December 20th have not received it emailed and they won't give me a tracking number or any info but took the money from my account.

They advertised a dog bed “free only pay shipping”. Which I placed my order and shipping was $4.99. They took my money out of my account that instant in Nov. 14, 2017 And said the product would be shipped within 5-8 days. That came and went and after several email and chat attempts, I asked for a refund on Dec. 21, 2017. They sent me an email almost instantly saying I had been refunded and said to allow 7-10 days for “processing”. Well, here we are today Jan. 4, 2018 And still no refund. I chatted with an “operator” who only told me I have already been refunded, although I’ve never received my funds. And as I tried to ask why I haven’t received them yet, the chat went dead and they stopped responding. Yes, it’s only $5, however, it’s MY $5 and stealing is a crime. According to other posts I’ve read on Facebook, I am not the only one who has been “stolen” from.

Purchased 2 dog beds on 11/24/17 paid for express 6-9 day shipping. Contacted right before 12/25/17 and received generic response of "damaged shipment" Delay of shipping. Contacted again 12/27/17 they offered a refund and they would still ship. Refund should have taken 24 hours, now on 1/3/18 still no refund and order now says "Refunded" on the web page. Nothing has been resolved and still no dog beds received!

Bought 3 dogbeds from Flip the Trend on 11-28-2017, never received them. I contacted them about 10 days ago via chat and was told there was a delay due to the amount of beds ordered and my order will be shipped soon. Today I tried to contact them again via chat and no answer. I think I got scammed, can't believe I fell for it. It looked so professional and legit. So now what ?

I ordered 2 dog beds after seeing an ad on Facebook. They were offering pet beds for just shipping of $4.99 each. I ordered 2 of them for our German shepherds. That was on November 24th. It's now December 27th. I get absolutely no response from them no matter how I contact them. Even the chat option on their website never responds. I have found not one person post anywhere that they actually received one of these beds from this company. So disappointing that they are still allowed to run this scam and continue receiving money from people who just want a product.i don't care if it was only $10. The money isn't the issue. I'm just tired of having to question everything wondering if it is legit or not.

My product never showed up and I kept contacting them and would not hear back until a demanded a refund and mentioned that I had reported them to the FTC. They then suddenly emailed me back from [email protected] saying I would receive my refund. It is past the time they allotted for my refund to appear and I still have not received it. I contacted them again and noticed this time the email was [email protected]. I have reported them to the FTC again.

Ordered a item from this website and payed for it. Money was taken from my account but never received an email confirmation for my product. When I tried to email about it nobody responded. Never received product either.

This company has 13 complaints the same as I do. I purchased 2 dog beds and never received them. They charged me nothing for the products but took out the shipping charges from my bank account. I have tried to contact them and are now unavailable to help me.
