I accidentally purchased, with the understanding that after 30 days of use if this did not work I could receive a refund. After opening it and trying it out the hoop was poorly made or defective but I still have it a try. I gave it well over 30 days of consistent use (30 minuets a day)and was not able to loose a link. Upon requesting a refund stating the above that I either received a poorly made product or the product straight up doesn’t work I was told unless I proof of me using the hoop on my instagram or TikTok that they did not need to refund me. And it couldn’t be that the product is faulty. On top of having low grade products they are also falsely promising refunds in adds. I lost $100.
