I ordered a fish finder from FishTrailBoatingGear.com and was advised to use a different pay method from traditional credit cards due to processing fees being high. I get that as I do the same from time to time. But now they want an additional money of $240 to cover insurance fees that they claim are refundable which would lead more to this is a scam

Purchased and Item on the website. Down payment was made then they were supposed to pick up an item for trade in. After a few days they requested more money. When I refused and asked for a refund the said they would do the refund. They still have not done the refund and are now avoiding contact.
