I ordered a custom radio strap from Firedepartmentleather.com in a preorder to recieve it before Christmas on Nov 1, stated to pay 50$ and receive it by Christmas. Christmas came and went. I have sent multiple emails, multiple chats and back to emails finallt receiving one back stating it will be shipping in 2 weeks. Recieved a email stating order needed to be completed for payment, the rest of the 200$ and the invoice would be packaged. The item was paid for and 3 days went by with nothing. Now the order states awaiting from sender. So i am assuming a fake label has been made and its just sitting there. Approx 20-25 emails and attempts that have been made with nothing but silence. Still havenit received this item
