They called me and already knew my name and zip code but no address. They said I owed over $448 for blood work from September 17 2019. They said I could pay over the phone or send it to the credit bureau. I said I didn't feel comfortable doing that so they said I could send a money order to P o. Box 3207 st Augustine Florida 32085
