Saw an add on social media, clicked the link to order, shown no concerning signs to flag as a false online store, I believe it was using the QVC logo at the time. The website now flags as a phishing site, which it did not at the time. I have spent 2 months emailing with them over not receiving my package after tracking website (all in Chinese) said delivered, the customer support was responsive and "re-shipped" with the same result. They did request my phone number and address for confirmation after the first issue, which I did not give as it was starting to feel sketchy. There has been no fraudulent use of my debit card since purchasing. They continue to be responsive with their customer service efforts which is odd and have never asked for financial or SSN info.

I ordered storage racks and I paid $60 but I never received my order. I received email that your order delivered but it was not. I have security video camera and I was at home when I received email. I emailed with screenshot to the company but no reply.

I never received Father's Day Special? Buy 2 Get 2 Free Timber Ridge Portable Glider Chair, I ordered payment through PayPal. Tina Cerina claims the merchandise was delivered. I have disputed through PayPal and they refused the dispute saying she had proof the merchandise was delivered. However, neither PayPal or Tina Cerina can show me the proof of delivery. I tried a second time to dispute through PayPal. Same answer. I have no tracking record of this delivery. I did not receive this merchandise but I am still being charged for it. Buyer please beware of Tina Cerina merchandise. I believe she is a total scam.

I was trying to order beach chairs and after putting in my card. It said it was too busy. I immediately deleted everything and closed it out. Hopefully they didn’t get anything..
