To access and update your credit card data, you can register for FedEx Billing Online at http://www.fedex.com/us/account/fbo and select "Update Credit Card" profile in "My Options" section. You may also pay for any outstanding charges on FedEx Billing Online.
Alternately, you can also contact FedEx at 1-877-459-6803 to pay all outstanding charges and update your credit card information.
Once we have received your new or updated credit card information all open or unpaid invoices may be charged to that credit card.

1. I do have a FedEx account but I have not used it in close to 5 or 6 years and I owe nothing.
2. I did not have a credit card attached to this account.
3. I, first, tried to inquire about possible scam to FedEx by logging into my account, unsuccessful! No help at all! Second, I called the customer service number to try to get answers, unfortunately a person that barely understood me answered, she was absolutely no help, just told me not to login to site they sent in letter and not to call phone number they provided(which I had no intention of doing anyway)!
Please, let me know if you can find anything out about this - is someone trying to use my account?
