The site faxlyapp.com was to send a single fax for $.99 but then later it charged me a monthly subscription of $19.95, a total of $19.95 lost, which was not clearly stated on the initial website. I tried contacting their support at [email protected].

I used Faxly from Faxlyapp.com to send a fax my medical information to a doctors office, cause the service advertised a cost of $0.99 for a single fax. At no point during the process was I informed that I would be charged any additional fees. However, after few days my visa was charged $19.95 for Faxly. Faxly never disclosed or authorized. There was no notice, no confirmation screen, no terms presented, and no indication that I would be charged.

USED FAXLY TO SEND A FAX, AFTER CLICKING "FREE" LINK, THEN I WAS TOLD IT WAS 0.99 CENTS TO SEND THE FAX. THEN 3 DAYS LATER, I HAVE A 19.95 CHARGE ON MY CARD. THEY RELY ON CLICK BAIT AND SMALL PRINT TO TAKE MORE MONEY. THEY REFUSE TO GIVE OUT A REFUND.

USED FAXLY TO SEND A FAX TO RENEW INSURANCE AND WAS TOLD 0.99 CENTS TO SEND THE FAX. THEN 3 DAYS LATER, I HAVE A 19.95 CHARGE ON MY CARD THEN 2-3 DAYS LATER, I HAVE A 0.66 CENT TRANSACTION ON MY CARD AGAIN. I AM AN ELDERLY INDIVIDUAL. THIS SITE SHOULD NOT EXIST. THEY ARE AN OUTRIGHT SCAM PEOPLE AND REFUSE TO GIVE OUT A REFUND. THEY LIST NO PHONE NUMBER, JUST EMAIL. BEWARE THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD.

They offered cheap faxing services but it was never delivered with all correct information. The fax included all of my identification and credit card numbers for a new work position.
