Order was placed on the website and paid for using PayPal. Shipping insurance was also added to the cost, which I failed to review.

The item was shipped promptly, except it never made it to the carrier. I waited several business days and nothing was updated.

When I reached out to the customer service folks they told me to reach back out after 14 business days to allow for the shipping to be updated.

Since then they have continued to say they are elevating my issue to their highest level of management, even at one point using the customer service email to say they were forwarding me to customer service.
