Received this text from phone #401-781-6011. Hello, I'm BECKY BELL, and I won the $754.6 million jackpot from the PowerBall Lottery on Sunday, February 28, 2023. Received a text, supposedly from the Multi-State Lottery Association, that I was selected to receive USD 300,000 as apart of their Annual Donation Program 2024. I got excited, as the text seemed pretty legit, but then when I looked it up it seemed like a scam. I was told to text WIN75K to Agent David Barden (323-241-2177) to claim the prize. When I did that, it said that message blocking had been activated and my message didn't go through. The message was supposedly from Bret Toyne, who is the actual executive director.
