This is Kelly calling to follow up a complaint for " " Reference case number XXXXX again XXXXX Documents regarding your file are being prepared to be send out you will need to be available to sign for the delivery. The issuing agent will dispatch information if they are unable to reach you at home they will attempt to reach you at your verified place of employment. in order to stop further action from being taken you will need to contact the department mediating the case at 877-643-4122 again 877-643-4122 this call has been logged and recorded as a proof of effort being made to notify you. They called both cell phones from 2 different local numbers.
