Beata Marciniak is making claims that the product cures cancer, reverses aging and cures hair loss. She is convincing people to spend thousands of dollars on the supplement, which is not FDA approved, and making erroneous claims about its effects. My aunt and mother almost bought the product from her but I stopped them after reading about the scams that the manufacturer has been accused of. The manufacturer, Riway, has been convicted of misleading claims in Singapore and now it has ambassadors in the US trying to sell the product secretly.
Beata hardly posts about the product online, likely because it’s illegal, but I’ve seen a photo of the product on her Facebook.
It has come to my attention that an anonymous false report about me and my business has been posted online. The statements in this report are completely untrue and defamatory. I do not make illegal sales, I do not make medical claims, and I fully comply with all applicable laws in the USA.
I take this matter very seriously and will take all necessary legal steps to protect my reputation and business.
