Fabrienna was advertised on Tiktok as a sister-company to Fashion Nova, with cheaper prices. All of the clothes were listed as coming from Fashion Nova, but they were half the price. I ordered some clothes in mid December, and haven't received clothes or my refund as of February 25th. When the money was taken out of my account, it was from "Outfit Fanniey". I contacted customer service multiple times, especially after they claimed my package was received in January, that I wanted my money back. They wanted to give me a partial refund at first, but I said I wanted the entire thing. They keep saying they are issuing my refund, but it's always an excuse as to why it's taking so long.

I clicked on TikTock link advertising discounted Fashion Nova jeans on sale. The company (Fabrienna) claimed to be affiliated with Fashion Nova. I placed an order and I received an order confirmation and shipping tracking number. I never received my order even though it claims on the tracking information that it was delivered.

I was charged via my Chime account and the Merchant Name listed is "Awx*Sdm Purestylez" Location listed "AWX*SDM PURESTYLEZ https://envee, CA 95148."

Saw it on tiktok click on the add to be fashion nova and once you order the receipt comes from another store Fabrienna .m Claim they delivered, but never did it has been almost 2 month now and I have not receive my delivery U sent an email to [email protected]. This is SCAM and FASHION NOVA should sue for them using there name. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!!!!!!!

Tiktok add promoting discounted fashion nova clothes, not to be confused with the tiktok shop option. it directed me to a site that looked like fashion nova when i checked out i received a phony confirmation email.

They are doing this through TikTok but using the store Fashion Nova. I noticed this after i placed the order because the order number that came back was neither an order number from TikTok nor from Fashion Nova plus neither stores were able to find the order. I placed it on 12/29/2025 and the contact number is an email “[email protected]” for the company Fabrienna.com. I will try to upload the Tiktok page as well as the name that appears on the Tiktok page which is Fabrienna, but for some reason it also has Emma on the Tiktok page it is very weird. I honestly hope you can help out somehow or someway so that these people stop using people so vulnerable like myself. I am 60 years old and I got caught in this scam because to me its a scam. I will dispute the transaction hopefully i can get my money back and if i dont its a lesson learned, not all Tiktok offers are accurate and it is a shame and to use a pretty famous store as Fashion Nova it really aggravates me also. This number is the one that appears on my bank transaction along with the name estoremeiish, Please let me know if you were able to determine if this was a scam. I am so disappointed at myself because i am very careful but me trusting the name (store) TikTok i believed it and from merchandise from Fashion Nova even more i believed it. I honestly do hope I am wrong but i doubt it very much. Again, please 🙏🏼 clarify this for me asap. Thank you. Z
