I ordered mask and anti bacterial things from here for my business and home, 2 separate accounts both were charged on my credit card for 99.97 immediately- NEVER received the products Disputing with credit card company! Something should be done about the Chinese and their scams!

I ordered 3 dresses from www.mauvedesert.com for $99.21 on April 30. I had seen the dresses on other websites so it seemed legit. My visa was charged by FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI on May 3 for the full amount and shipping. On May 13, I received an email stating, "Hi customer, This email you recieved just want to inform you that some products in your order are out of stock now. We want to ask if you want to replace them with another products you are interested with in our store or just want to cancel these products in your order. Please contact our customer service for further details about your order asap. I would be grateful for your prompt reply."
There was no mention of my order number or what had been ordered. Suspicious, I replied asking which ones were out of stock, and of course have heard nothing back. Additional emails requesting a refund, of course, have gone unanswered. The link to my order on my "order confirmation email" goes nowhere. Nothing has ever arrived from them.
For a good laugh, take a look at their "terms and conditions" on their web page! They are using several websites with exactly the same content. Avoid www.chicache.com, too! They are SCAMS! I'm working with my bank to reverse charges and hopefully get them to stop paying out to this scam! And remember, if it seems too good to be true (the prices in this case), it probably is!

I ordered from Overstorage for some items on April 4th and credit card was billed from FABFASHION LTD WANCHAi also. Contacted them immediately as nothing stated the estimated delivery date. Of course I heard nothing back so on the 14th of April I cancelled the order, again no response. I contacted my credit card company on 5/8 to dispute the charge and low and behold on the 17th I get a message saying the order is on the way. I sent email back stating I had cancelled the order and there response was too bad we started shipping your order. I responded that it seems really funny that there was no response to any of my emails in reqards to the order until you probably heard from my credit card company and then it miraculously is being shipped and that I will be posting a bad review on their company and guess what no response to the email I sent. DISPUTE THE CHARGE WITH YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY ASAP.

FavComfy was shown on Instagram! This is a scam for sure, I ordered on 4/20 and got an email that says they are going to ship but nothing, nothing has appeared in tracking as it says order not received. They have charged my credit card ! I emailed twice and no reply, even told them I would cancel order if they do not respond. Which they don't. This is a total scam, no phone to contact and they don't answer emails. INSTAGRAM! this is your fault! Quit putting scam companies on your website

I ordered a number of virus related products (disinfectant wipes, masks, etc.) from "Cosyshome." I received the confirmation order. When I had not received anything by April 27th, I tried to check on my order. When I clicked on the "Check your Order" tab, a page came up saying it could not be opened. I wrote to their "customer service" here is the response I received:
Hello, our system has failed and has been reported for repair.

But rest assured, your products will still in processing normally.

Once the tracking number comes out, we will send you an email with that.

Please wait a few days.

I have heard NOTHING since and no replies to other queries. The Visa went through on April 4th and the charge went to FabFashion LTD. Wanchai. That is when I figured I had been had. Is there any way to go after these crooks?
