I ordered on 4-23-20 face masks from FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI HK and have not received them of course they took the money out - I have reported it to the bank. $84.07 = anything I can do?

I ordered an item from your website on April 20, 20202. You charged my credit card $41.98 plus a foreign transaction fee of $1.25 on the same date.

Today is May 15, 2020 and I have not received the item nor received an email whether this item will ship or not or when I can expect the delivery.

If this item cannot be delivered, I am requesting a full refund of this item in the amount of $41.98 plus the $1.25 foreign transaction fee.

They debited my account on 4/17/2020, and I have received nothing! I was online through Facebook with CurveLady on 4/17/2020. I ordered $106.20 worth of clothing (5 items), and I have received NOTHING. fabfashion took the money from my account. I placed an order for 4 items on April 5th from BelleLooking.com on Instagram.
I received only 1 item from an order of 4 on May 15th still waiting for the rest of my order. Unfortunately the quality of the garment I received was of extremely poor quality. I tried to contact customer service to return the merchandise and to cancel the rest of the order still expected to arrive. The package I received did not have a return address or packing slip or customer service number. Checking the amount charged to my credit card I found the name FAB FASHION as the merchant. I was charged 89.00 and still have not received all of my order.

I ordered merchandise from Vebcora on April 2nd. I received the merchandise on May 15th. The merchandise was of a poor quality. It looked nothing like the images on their website. I have tried to contact Vercoba many, many times to inquire about their return policy and have never heard back. The information posted on their website says in order to return an item the return must first be approved by someone from their customer service department. I don’t believe this dept exists. When you try to contact them them the website directs you to contact them at vercoba.service.com and they do not respond.
My credit card was billed from FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI HK.
This company is a total sham. There are several posts on Facebook from customers with similar complaints.
