I have placed an order with FabFashion on April22,2020, in the amt of 125.98. I never received confirmation of the order. But the amount was taken out of my bank. The address is somewhere in China or Korea. I am in the mental health industry where I go into people's homes, need to be protected through this pandemic. I ordered hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes, gloves, alcohol. This company needs to be stopped, they are taking advantage of good people who generally need these supplies. Paid $500.92 for protection from covid supplies - gloves, sanitizers - never received items. Website has been deleted no way to contact. they were using the name POSITIVE PROMOTIONS ... customer issues advised to contact [email protected] - payment posted as FABFASHION LTD WANCHAI. These are scammers ... lesson learned the hard way. It is my hope that what goes around comes around.

I ordered face masks from Home in Stock but have not received confirmation.I discovered a credit card charge from FabFashion located in Hong Kong.Called my credit card co. and was told via.their automated recording that there is no one at the call centers to register a complaint due to the Coronavirus lock down.

I ordered 2 pull up face masks. But there was no delivery date. I waited a few days to see if I got anything about when it would be shipped. I didn't get anything so emailed them. They responded April 13th:
Hi ,
Your parcel is still in processing now, when everything has been done, we will ship your parcel to you soon. When the tracking number comes out, we will let you know.

April 23rd I see it's been charged to my card but still no word on when I can expect it.

I sent Another email and it's not a valid email anymore.

I disputed ther charge with my bank.

Yup, it's a scam, the web-sight is gone, the email is gone, ... call your bank asap Don't wait, the longer you wait, .. the less chance you have of a successful dispute. I ordered under the web-sight, "OKHOMEONLINE.com." The charges went to, "FABFASHION LTD." thank goodness I have protection through my bank.
