SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!! STAY AWAY AND KEEP YOUR MONEY!

Every review you have read about this business is correct. The owner, Nesia Montesinos is very unprofessional. When I initially spoke with her, she promised that her business would set up your air bnb unit for you from start to finish and would hand over control to the client so they continue to manage it and profit from it. I paid a total of about $15k to set my unit up. $6k was spent on rent because my unit was just sitting there for 3 months. I kept reaching out to her to see what was going on. She was pregnant and experiencing some family issues, so I even offered to come down and set up my own unit and help her in any way I can. At some point, she seemed like she genuinely wanted to help. I would only hear from her once a week for about 5 mins. And she would promise me that the unit would be done that week. A whole month would go by and the unit would not be touched. And I thought it was because of her situation. But turns out it was just bad business because she’s on social media positing pictures of shows and strip clubs and other places where she’s wasting our hard earned money. The week I was texting her for days about a request that I got for a guest to stay at my unit, she never responded, but made several posts on instagram about her new cars and sneakers etc. Finally I got fed up and, after reading several reviews that are similar to mine and after my experience with her ignoring my texts but still clearly posting on ig, told her “I hope you’re not a scammer.” She had the nerve to respond on the defense with excuses and attitude AND NEVER EVEN ANSWERED MY QUESTION. I don’t know if it’s bad business or if she actually is a scammer or a bit of both. BUT STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS. if you want to get into rental arbitration, do it a BETTER way and work with another company or do your own research. I’ve pretty much took over setting up my unit because of her negligence. Gratefully I am not hosting guests, but the revenue isn’t anything near what was promised. At this point, I hope to just make my money back and be done with this whole venture. I’ll still do short term rentals, but I’ll do it right. As the other review on this site said, she acquires leases at units who don’t allow subletting. And she does not tell you this. I didn’t know my unit doesn’t allow subletting until I called and asked. But by that time I was already committed to a lease. But it’s not too terrible because a lot of people in Florida sublet illegally. They just don’t make a whole fake business and scam people out of their money doing it. SVAE YOUR MONEY AND TIME AND DO NOT WORK WITH THIS BUSINESS. work wit someone else. This one is a fail. I’ve included pictures of the last exchange I had with her to give an idea of what I’m talking about. Just a disappointing experience all around.

This company is a joke and this woman is a scammer. Please take heed to all of the reviews you see because they’re factual. I paid $1,795 and have received NOTHING from this business to show for it. The owner actually scammed me out of $1,000 for documents and will scam you as well. You will be told to book and consult and they’ll hound you to make your initial payment. Then once that’s done, you’ll receive excuse after excuse on why you haven’t received anything. Also, the owner will try to make health excuses and take “leave” because she’s sick, however will be posting activities out flaunting the luxe lifestyle that she lives from the scamming she’s done innocent people. Anyone that has found the golden egg and actually had a unit secure by this business is not operating it legally and when the complexes find out, it will be shut down, so good luck with that. PLEASE stay away from this business. This business needs and WILL be shut down.
