This company left a voicemail on my mother's phone looking for me, I already suspected it was a scam but I wanted them to stop calling her. Theyre also calling my cousin. The lady I spoke with was unprofessional and rude. She asked for my name, didn't verify any of my information, I requested they stop calling my mom and she says they don't make outbound calls, well I have a voicemail from them, so that's a lie. And then she said, "ma'am I don't need to do this back and forth with you, you write bad checks," I've never written a check in my life. Then she goes on to say a bank I had years ago is coming after me for God knows what. Don't trust these people, they should be shut down. I used to work with debt collection and I can tell you this isn't any legitimate debt collection agency. Then she said someone was coming to serve me today at my home or work. Ha. As I type this they just called me from a 330 number, and the first sentence of the recording said, "hi this ez recovery group."

My mother was called and was told that a payment would have to be paid or legal action would be taken. I called the number back and when I asked for more information sent to my physical address the operator became aggressive, threatened to take me to court and hung up on me.

I get calls from them from local numbers asking to call 844.205.5405 to resolve a matter before it goes to court. I have received so many scams calls that I don't answer these. If you have a legitimate complaint to file against me.
1. Tell me the specific company asking for payment.
2. Tell me how much is owed.
3. Don't think anyone will call you back without pertinent information.

If I somehow neglected to pay something. I will make an effort to correct it. But not without needed information first.

Repeat calls to my phone instead of my husband. Threatening to garnish wages and then take us to court if we did not pay $1,300 immediately for a loan we never took out. They also said that they would not send information about a debt collector to us.

Got voicemail saying their reaching out with legal matters for their client with my personal information. This is now 3rd time in my life span of these annoying harassment calls and voicemails. They only last 3 months and they get somewhat worse with attitude further down the line. BEWARE! The above info is what i was given and directed to. Hope it helps

This company called my brother and left a recorded msg. The number was 9387771761, with a 18442055405. Which he sent me. 1st off no debt collector should be calling anybody else but that person. 2nd if I owe send me something in the mail. 3rd trying to use scare tactics dnt work on me and 4th why buy old debt if people didn't pay the original collector. I'm filing a lawsuit on all these worsening debt collectors. I've had one to call me over 60 times in a 2 month period all pre recorded msg.

They called to tell me I had a outstanding loan for 500.00 and that I owed 3357.12. That they were going to put my bank account on hold and seize my income taxes. Wanted me to pay 100.00 a month to pay off the 500.00. I paid nothing.

Scam about checks

This company kept trying to get ahold of me about a bogus bad check and when they couldn't they actually called a neighbor of mine spreading false information. When I called them back and told them that I don't have any bad checks, because I don't write checks, the guy got nasty and hung up. Don't take calls from them. I am reporting them to the Attorney Generals office.

You can file a lawsuit against them for contacting your neighbors about you. They do that to try and embarrass you. These are pathetic tactics these companies try.

This company is telling me that they will be expecting payment of $2,624.23 to be paid & amp; the company that I owed the money to I have no current account with them... If not I will get a document serving me to go to court.
