Just received two calls from a collector +1 (336) 645-1940

Collector said I owed money from a loan I took out in 2018, which isn’t true. He gave me the amount which I can’t remember but was like $1500, but said they would settle for like $1000. He had my last four of SS# and that scares the hell out of me. I live in NC so the number was a NC number. They left 2 electric voicemails. I called back, when he gave me the info I was like that’s not me, I didn’t take out a loan he hung up on me.

Ez Cash scam collector

I had several missed calls from (713)424-2841 this morning. When I called back they claimed that I owed $1500 for some payday loan I never applied for, even told me last 4 of my SSN! I stated that I never applied or received any loan & was immediately hung up on.

OMG I just got a call on a friend phone. It was crazy because I happen to be there. She knew my name and last four. Started I owed from 2016. When asked how you get this number. She said the client EZ cash. She wanted payment. When I refuse pretty much stated she will let the client know to take me to court. All these calls are BS

The representative knew my personal information. My name and phone number. Also verified the last 4 of my social security number without me having to supply information. He stated I had a EZ cash loan and I owe $798 . I explained i have never had a loan and if he could mail me documentation i will review. He disconnected the call.

Lady identified herself as a representative from EZ CASH and I owe them $1200 or ill be taken to court. They had the last 4 of my social security number and my phone number. I've never taken a payday loan out for $500. Date given was January 9, 2014 collection .
