Car was reserved online on 7/31/26 @ 6:07pm for $100, to be picked up same day. They told me to be there by 6:30pm. The pickup location closed at 6pm. We missed my grandma's funeral (priceless). Our money should've never been taken, knowing that we couldn't pick the car up. Now I'm still trying to get my refund back today. It was almost impossible to get them to agree to a refund. They finally agreed, said it's been sent, then they blocked me. I still do not have my refund. They shouldn't have accepted my money knowing that they couldn't provide the service I paid for. This has got to be illegal.
