Ordered an Insta 360 x5 from Amazon but got empty box. Main camera unit missing. Amazon says the incident is a matter of theft and go to the police department and get all the documents as proof. I am a seafarer and a regular Amazon buyer. Never faced a situation like this before. We get items delivered to crew mail address on ports. We Seafarers don't have time to go to police department and get a police file still i did file a complaint online to the local police department which amazon doesn't pay any importance to.
