I received the item in the mail. It came in a small package and I knew by the package that it was not a high end product. When I opened the package, 2 days later, I tried on the item. It was poor quality with a terrible fit. I immediately went to the website and tried to start the process of a return. I bought with a 45 day promise of return the item. The first email stated they were very busy and backlogged and get back to me in a week or so. After 12 emails were exchanged (including photos of item) that they requested to be sent to them, Kaity (customer service rep) responded today with an offer of 10% of the return value. This is unacceptable and I sent that in my last email to them. So buyer beware. You will not receive a quality item, nor will you get them to cooperate and return the money. My credit card company is now involved.
