Got a letter in the mail about a home warranty through my mortgage company. When I called and questioned this warranty they tried to charge me to start the plan up. When they were told no they kept talking over me and saying that i needed this protection plan. They would not tell me anything other than it can cost so much money to replace these items that are covered by a home warranty system. No matter what they were told they were going to charge my card no matter what i said.
