My name is Luis from Denver Colorado. I purchased 30 tables from Larry H. Hoffman of "Event Sales" 1allchairs.com/ folding-chairs-tables-discount.com he never answer my calls, and when he does he just lies and lies. He also tell me that he already sent me a refund, but the mail never was delivered I give Him $4000 I just feel so frustrated I don’t believe any that any authority have stopped him. He should be in jail now we are a hard-working people.😓😥

OMG he did the same thing to me as well. I actually did business with him 2017 but I got what I purchased because cash was required to pick-up the order. So I thought I could trust him again and I sent him a wire to avoid extra card charges. I should've just accepted the card charges because wires are harder to recoup. Hard times have definitely changed him because he has now scammed me too smh. HE will reap what he sows.

I purchase tables/chairs for $1700 in Nov 2021. They never arrived. He claimed “shipping issues because of Covid-19. I requested a refund in Feb 2022. He emailed me a shipping label that he never sent. I kept calling and each time it was a different excuse. He eventually sent me a $500 Venmo.(a few days ago) He kept telling me is daily limit was maxed and couldn’t send anymore money. He is a scammer and no one should ever do business with him or any of his fraudulent companies. How is this man not in prison?!

Larry Hoffman of Beverly Hills California uses a number of different company names and websites to sell tables and chairs used by event planners. The most prominent one he is currently using is The Chair Company. Some of the others include: Chiavari Chairs Direct, Chairs and Tables Direct, and Event Resources.

He claims to be a legitimate businessman with 27k customers and a 99.8% customer satisfaction rating since 2001. The 80+/- complaints on ripoffreport.com, negative reviews on YELP, and numerous ScamPulse.com complaints seem to tell a different story. He does not deliver the product and there is no chance of recouping money spent.

. He is the president. His emails come from 1allchairs.com but the website is now at www.folding-chairs-tables-discount.com

For $9,675. Since April 2021 to today, Nov. 23, 2021, we have received no chairs, no refunds, just empty promises.

I Ordered 20 tables and 100 chairs and paid $4065 including $765 for shipping and delivery; this person will not communicate with me after I paid for the items ordered; I start calling, emailing; he will call back some times promising me a tracking number within the same day and never did; once he provided a false tracking number. I was thinking maybe because of COVID the business went down but no they still have their website; I ask a friend to call and ask for information and they still offering their services. I send another email asking for my money back and they agreed but once again they provided a false tracking number for the envelope that suppose have the check with the return amount of $4065; I sent another email but I have not receive a response from them yet.

I ordered 100 chivari chairs with cushions and 12 round 72 inch tables in a bundle for a new wedding venue. I was promised to receive the chairs on 2/18/20. I was given an invoice via email. I initially ordered the table and chair bundle online and a man named Larry Hoffman called me from Event Sales, which is not even an actual company. He told me that I could do a check by phone because it would be cheaper and that if I used my credit card he would have to charge me an additional 3%. I did the check by phone and never received the product. I talked to Larry numerous times and he actually started calling me for a cell number that comes up as Beverly Hill, California. He kept telling me the items were coming, but he couldn't ever provide me with a tracking number. No one answers the 800 number provided on the website and it always goes to voicemail and states a sales representative will call you back. Larry is no longer responding to any voicemails left or answers his Beverly Hill, California personal number. Do not ever order from him. I have never received my tables or chairs or any type of refund. He is a complete scam.Please beware of him. I will be filing a police report in California.

I ordered 100 silver wooden Chavarria chairs from events sale website is California-chiavari-chairs.com. I made my payments and never got my chairs delivery. larry hoffamn is the direct sale person , he sent me fake shipment tracking and later told him I needed my money refunded, he kept dodging my calls, emails , when I finally got him on the phone after three months he claimed he would deposit the money in my account. larry Hoffman went and deposited a fake check into my account at wells Fargo which bounce for insufficient fund. still haven't received my chairs or refund and he's not answering my calls or email. I ended up reading he had scammed lots of buyers also .Be warned and stay away from this company, it scam/fraud. larry is the only one that answers the call and email, all other employees are fake .

This also happened to me as well. I have also filed a report with the FTC and plan on contacting the FBI and the Culver City Police Department tomorrow which is his local police department. I am in disbelief at how many times this has been reported and the hard working people of America are being scammed with no punishment on his part. I will not stop fighting and calling every authority I know until Lazy Larry is stopped. Sad truth, is that hard working people will more than likely be charged with harassment before Larry gets charged with robbing us all blind. Please spread the word that our country is not divided by race, wealth, or religion. It's divided by evil, selfish people who can't see past their own gains. We look the same in their eyes. I will pray tonight for 76 year old Larry who was never taught values and morals, we don't know his story. I will pray for everyone that has lost money when times are so hard. I will pray for the law enforcement agencies that have so many issues on their hands right now that they can't deal with the Larry's.
