I placed an order with them on 11/20/21 for an XBox Series X console Order #13337. Got an email at 8:29pm that they received the order, then at 8:30pm they sent another email that the order was processing. Then another one at 8:30pm saying they received my payment. I emailed them 11/23/21 at 4:13pm asking for a shipping update. They replied promptly with the following message:
Hello there and thanks for getting in touch
We have received your order, it was paid in full and reserved right away,
Your order is still under processing,
You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order is processed and in transit,
This usually takes 24-48 hours from time of purchase,

Shipment takes under 5 to 7 business days

Thanks for placing your order with us

I emailed again on 11/24 at 9:52am with a request to cancel and then again at 8:06pm requesting shipping information. Haven't heard back with them. I then emailed them today 11/25 asking if they are scamming me and if so I'd report them. I'm sure they don't care and my bank said there's nothing I can do to reverse the credit card payment.
