I was led to believe there was a one week trial of this product and I enlisted. then I found I was charged and contacted the company for a refund. they stated they would reimbursement- even sent an email:Membership cancelled and payments refunded

Your Euware membership has been cancelled. You will NOT receive any extra charge on your card since now.

We have refunded the following charge/s that we did on your card:

Authorization of 60.94 EUR on 2023-06-08

That authorization was made to verify that the card you provided had enough funds to pay the membership when the free trial period ended.

You should know that your bank can take up to 10 days to show the refund/s on your card detail.

We are sorry that our service didn't fulfil your needs. However, ¡thank you for choosing us!.

I never received this reimbursement. I recontacted them and my message was I was already reimbursed and no more would come. but nothing came, no reimbursement.
