Eric Ledezma posted a flyer for his flooring services at my mother’s retirement community. He replaced flooring but never installed subfloors, vapor barriers, trusses or I-joists. We had professional inspection and he had NEVER seen anything so bad in his 40 years of contracting. Floors are caving in, buckling, leaking, etc. My mother is a fall risk and is elderly. The floors were completed Nov 2024. My husband contacted Eric to come back (called from MN) he returned and said he’ll fix it but will “lose a lot of money because it’s not his fault” and needed a check for $750 for supplies. My mother wrote a check (ugh) and it’s been nearly a month of him not returning.
