I just had the whole interview and in between the questions they asked me what is my bank name but not my bank information. I was too told about me being hired immediately and then asking for my name email address and address and phone number. It was too good to be true. I just had a feeling it was a scam from the beginning but I was hoping it wasn't true because I really need a job. I was told near the end I will get an email tomorrow with the onboarding paperwork. I can't believe someone would do this. She or whoever is on the other end told me I needed to purchase all this accounting software and I would get a check in the mail and a tracking number to track when I would receive it. I asked when do I fill out the w2 and w4 they said tomorrow. I supposedly have to report tomorrow at 8am online via teams only that's how I will be assigned work. That doesn't make any sense via teams. Did the previous person send back the w2 info and w4 be on the lookout because they could easily steal your identity if you sent them a copy of your license and everything else. They have your social so be extra careful. I am really tempted to submit an online report to the police.

I had an email this morning, subject “Interview Request” from “Mrs. Shirley Daniels, a temporary Recruiter at Entrée Health and I am reaching out to you in regard to your resume posted through INDEED We believe you met our desired criteria; we are currently looking for someone to fill the following positions available:”

I was filled with hope for about 10 seconds, but as ai kept reading all the signs were there. The biggest were:
1. Email address was personal “[email protected]
2. Typos
3. The Entree Health temporary recuiter, Shirley Daniels, was telling me to schedule an interview via Microsoft Teams meeting with HR Manager, Shirley Daniels. I had to read it twice. I almost missed it the first time.

“To proceed, I need you to send a message by clicking the contacts option to connect with HR Manager Mrs. Shirley Daniels via TEAMS using this username (Shirley Daniels) or add her via this link https://teams.live.com/l/invite/FEAE0Glxlr7kxVY-AE to connect for the interview on Microsoft Teams. This is our first step to proceed further, She will be expecting to hear from you soon, your timely response matters a lot.”

4. Since of urgency to comply - red flag.

I was still hoping I was wrong, but did a scam search anyway. Nothing come up and I tried multiple times. I kept changing the wording of my search criteria and that is when I found the one and only mention the of the interview being a scam. THANK YOU! I am sorry you had to go through with the interview before you found out the truth. I hope what I have added will help others who get this scam email and are looking for confirmation.

All communications were via Microsoft Teams chat. There was an interview, and quick hire. I was to receive a check for almost 4,000.00 I was to deposit immediately and wait for bank to clear and let them know the check cleared. The check arrived not from the company Entree Health but from Home Depot. I suggested I cash the check with Wells Fargo which the check was written on and I again was instructed to immediately deposit check and in 24 hours I could then go to their vendor which was not disclosed and would not be disclosed prior to the check being deposited. I was encouraged to deposit the check via mobile device or ATM not go to a teller. I was never given an address nor phone number for the company and the person I was dealing with had a gmail account. There was no phone call nor video communication. There is no phone number nor professional address and the HR person's email address is a personal account.
