Fraudulent monthly charges of $39.95 showed up on my credit card statements over 4 months (September 2021, October 2021, November 2021, and December 2021. I reported the fraudulent charges to my credit card company via a very detailed complaint letter. I also attempted to resolve the issue with Entertainmentunchain.com. I called their customer service representative and they terminated the call (hung up on me) when I asked them to look up this fake account that I did not authorize or subscribe to. After almost a year of going back and forth with Barclays' Fraud Department, Barclays' claimed these charges were valid even though I have never heard of the company nor did I authorize the charges. I canceled my Barclays credit card as their fraud department was inadequate and did not provide appropriate customer service.
