Through Email hired me through chat and Microsoft Teams via my email. Sent a contract for Telehealth RN working remote from home for $35 per hour was consistent with other jobs. The Company is Enabihealth at https://wwwenablihealth.com

got the contact from on line Sophie.hayes.lensa.com AI jobs hunting site. They sent a contract, asked for direct deposit information, copy of W2 with my social security and copy of my drivers license. After the contract was signed and all seemed legitimate they wanted me to purchase all equipment needed for home office, they would order from a vendor and send me a check to deposit to clear around 4,000. That is when I knew this was a scam. Unfortunately they have my social security and driver license super concerned. I already froze my credit. I changed the routing at the bank and bank account. I am not sure what to do regarding my drivers license and social security.
