Ms. Brown from Empire Mediation Services called me about an payday loan from 2012, and told me I was facing major charges. She also stated I owed $900.00 to this company. Well, there were red flags in the conversation. The phone number she contact me on I didn't have in 2012. The amount she stated was false information. Then she stated an employer I was not wrong during that time. When asked her the company name, she only gave me a company by the name on *** ***l, LLC which is and along with Empire Mediation Service are NOT ScamPulse.com Accredited. Her knowledge on the phone was basic knowledge nothing detailed. When confronted about the BBB, she became defensive on the phone. She also called with a local number, when they are based out of town.
